Many manga that used to be serialized in "Young Sunday" continued serialization in this magazine. Its first issue was released on September 25th, 2008. The magazine ended with the release of the fifth issue (released on January 24th, 2009), and all of its manga serials ended in this issue.

The magazine is described as "Magazine for people who never give up reading Comic!", and the cover of the first issue describes the magazine as the birth of the elder brother magazine of Shounen Ace. Started in 1999 as Bessatsu Young Magazine (別冊ヤングマガジン), which was a bi-monthly publication which used to be published between the 15-20 of every even month, but with the release of Bessatsu Young Magazine number 36 on October 16th, 2009, it was the last to be put on the market.
